so my days now seem to be composed of work, sleep, playing Halo on my XBox, and watching DVDs. nice, huh?
yeah, I need a life.
and now something I find somewhat odd:
a girl at work (we work in 2 different departments) I recently found out is going to Roberts Wesleyan, the school I attend, in the fall to work on her Masters for teaching. she works in the coffee shop (amongst other places), and be pretending to be social, am not afraid to have a brief chat with co-workers when I'm changing the garbage, sweeping up, or buying me a bagel (either plain or egg).
so I'm getting to know more people, and we do chat.
now, she's younger than me. I'm guessing she's in her mid-20's, I'm 30.
yet she calls me "Hon" all the time.
we're not dating, related, or any of that.
should I feel that this is somewhat strange, or just assume she says that to everyone?
advice, please.
and, BTW, I got the feeling she might be dating, since she's talked a few times about living with someone with a male name.....call it a hunch or something!

but I have that same habit of refering to everyone as honey, cutey, sugar etc...
not sure, but maybe its because i'm from the south... or maybe I just spent too much time hanging out with strippers when I was younger.
for me at least, it denotes a friendly relationship between tthe person refered to and I. usually meaning that they are in my good favors.
just get to know her as a friend and see what happens.
