well, I'm done with Character Education and my poster design is DONE!
however, the 8 to 10 page paper due on Thursday is fighting me something fierce! it sucks!
plus got some ideas on how to do the powerpoint for next week by what my classmates did this past week. found out that most of the examples are real life experiences of the professor....nice!
and I got my paper I had to do on an ethical debate back from that class. I lost 5 points on APA formatting...that's it! nice! she put a big "Yes!" by my paragraph where I find it odd that I can give abortion information to a 14 year old girl without parental consent but cannot counsel anyone before the age of 18 without parental consent. what do you think?
end of the year thing tomorrow....I'm thinking Sushi platter and a thing of cookies or something like that! change it up a bit!
and damn I'm tired. I got to sleep around 3 AM last night. 7:35 AM, work calls. the guy who was suppose to work 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM outside by himself called in sick. so I got called. since I don't "wake up" quickly, my brain doesn't work too well. I know what I'm saying, but not thinking it. so I agreed to work 9 AM to 2 PM. and then realized what I just did. so I've been up since 7:45 AM or so on 4 1/2 hours sleep max....NICE! and I had to work with the one person I find the most annoying. I told the managers I was not responsible for my words or actions today. I ended the day by calling the annoyance "Sparky". it was fun!
but, at least I got "show for dough"....they pay you an extra $1 an hour if you come in when you're not scheduled. but still....damn I'm tired!
so time to sleep....running around all day tomorrow. hopefully I can get this paper going as well!
so my (revised) schedule for the week is:
End of the year celebration at 6 PM on Tuesday
Work 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM on Wednesday, class 6:30 PM to 9:20 PM or so.
Class at 3:30 PM on Thursday....feedback at 6:00 PM on how my counseling was.
Hopefully rescheduled counseling session at 4:00 PM on Friday and then work 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
Saturday, I swtiched from working 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM to working 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a co-worker....because
Sunday I work 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
keep in mind it takes me 20 to 30 minutes to get home from work, depending on traffic!
and that's about it.....I'm going to sleep now! finishing up my latest book, Micah by Laurell K. Hamilton. short book, about 245 pages. started it earlier this week.
and what about others out there?
