well, I think I got some confidence back, thank you everyone for words of support (plus, hey, a Suicidegirl commented in my journal....a first for me! now if I can only get one to request friendship, I'll be really happy!)
had a good session on Friday with my client. I took the professor's advice and became directed and focused. it was a good feeling.
and thinking of starting to see someone soon on campus as well. for improvement. and I also have a feeling that stuff relating to my uncle's suicide in December '04 are re-surfacing. never really dealt with it (kind of had the feelings shut down by outside sources, IE, my mom) and now I find myself thinking about everything more and more, at times when I'm alone. since I really have no one else to talk to about what I'm feeling (my cousin and his wife are the only ones I will talk with in my family....and since it was his father, he's also dealing with his feelings), I minus well. plus, well, if the counselor is good, he or she might be able to see the layers, start peeling back the layers, and find all the insecurities and issues lying below the surface in me. oddly enough, also the stuff that makes me good (since, in part, I know how to build barriers and walls so good, since mine are, it also means that I'm able to break through and/or circumvent them naturally). fun times ahead, that's for sure (and the fact that, well, I have no one really to talk to about what I'll be going through as well....means I might be posting a lot here!)
well, that's about it....time for work on a presentation about Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences.....yay!

good luck with your presentation, I'm going to devote the better part of my spring break next week on the gestalt project...
Confidence is a good thing to hold onto... it always makes men more attractive if they are confident (in a non-cocky kinda way)
well if you ever need to talk to someone about anything, your SG internet friends are here!
