well, the one paper is done. and now I realize I have 2 weeks to write another paper for a different class. this one will be on a counseling theory, using source readings and such. I plan on Existential theory. mind you, not Nihilistic Existentialism. but the philosophy none the less.
I still need an ethical diliemna, please leave a message of any that sounds good.
I've also learned that my job is really good at making me get annoyed with people. seriously, how hard is it for some people to return carts? today, someone walked by all the carts, unloaded, and left their cart in the parking lot, not more than 5 feet from all the other carts. if anyone can tell me the reaon behind this (well, except for sheer laziness), please let me know.
add to that people who do the following:
1. don't stop for us workers crossing lanes.
2. people driving around the parking lot like a jackass.
3. people pulling out without looking (yes, almost been hit lots of times).
and 2 days ago, some lady in an SUV (Tundra or something) decides to wait until I'm right by her passenger front wheel to beep her horn. rendering me partially deaf in one ear. WTF is up with that? if I didn't need the job, punching her SUV would have occurred!
well, that's about it. tomorrow, I have my first client in about 5 years. my co-worker was "Isn't that like having the fox guard the hen house?" I figure how much damage can occur when I have to audio tape everything. so it should be fun. me, a not very religious person counseling someone at a very religious school....heh heh heh
well, that's about it from here. 8 1/2 hours of helping hands on Saturday (pushing carts all day). hopefully I don't work with the oompa loompa who likes to tell people what to do. I figure that will happen once with me. after I get telling him off, I'm not sure if he's intelligent enough to realize that he should be crying. if he doesn't, oh well. if he tries again, I don't be subtle. period!
and my cousin wants me to babysit his two sons on Saturday. what devious things can I teach a male turning 4 in May? heh heh heh.....I still have to save up for bagpipes for the kid!
and how's your week shaping up?

I was a Trolley Dude for a year and a half myself. For us it was middle aged women that caused the most grief. They'd dump their trolleys at the side of the car park or leave them in parking spaces then complain should they come shopping and find the trolley bay empty. Our explanation of "Well, if people put their trollies where they were supposed to we wouldn't have to waste our time collecting them from stupid places". Do you get moms leaving shitty nappies the trollies as well? It's all a display of how little people care or think about the people around them. Having a trolley is not a privilege offered by the store but a God given right. They'll take it around the store and leave it at a stupid angle every time they stop. When they leave, they leave it in a stupid place because 'it's not their problem'. Then they'll sod off home thinking that anyone who collects trollies is retarded. There is sooo much more that I could write.
