so time to piss off my sister.
about 2 or 3 years ago, we all got a Garmin for my mom....it was about $240 + tax, I got $60 from my younger sister and step-father for it. but not my older sister.
she also told me to get gifts for our father, and she would pay me back...that was an additional $15 (up to $75...

It does sound like it is going to be interesting. My sister is the same way. She was really mean to me today. I saw her and she didn't even acknowledge I was in the room and I haven't seen her in months. Also, tomorrow is my birthday and she didn't even say "happy birthday" to me.
feeling slightly better, thanks for those who wrote. I do have lots of TV shows on DVD...its just that I have a good memory that when I watch a show, it takes very little for me to remember what happens if I go to watch the show again. even years after wards.
as for feeling better...sleep does help. and lots of sleep helps even more....

Most fun can be alcohol based, but that's why I say look into hobby-based activities. Especially if it's athletic because trying to focus and being drunk don't usually mix well.
And I know Shiny Toy Guns is on Spotify (don't know the other groups though, sorry)
so evidently the payment for my 3 months was not processed and my account is supposed to be suspended. oddly enough...I can log on. oh well, come this Thursday, all shall be taken care of! so if I do disappear, I should be back by the end of the week!

every year, the store I work at has each department carve out a pumpkin to represent the department. its a competition. last year I worked with one manager to carve our pumpkin, using my Dremel. this year I want to win...but I need help.
one of the designs I want to carve out of the pumpkin is a shopping cart. the tough part, though....I want...

Oh, it's a good thing you and my wife like the same TV shows. If I had more time, I'd watch them too. Except Dexter. I readily admit it's well done, just can't stomach some of the scenes. I'm a lightweight.

well, got the garage about 95% or so done. there is still a box of chemicals that has to be disposed of (my step-father's father is also a pack-rat.....so now I know where he gets it from), as well as a small pile for my mom to sort through and my step-father to sort through (his father's stuff). finally, some car fluids as well to...

I don't watch much telly, just whatever comes over the rabbit ears, when I get home from work. Lately it's been Monk, Psych, Without a Trace ... I usually watch movies on Netfix ... still cheaper than cable/sat

wish me luck....get to clean out the garage with a step-father who's idea is "I paid for it, I'm keeping it." he said that after i mentioned getting rid of the lawn mower...after all, he pays a company to mow the lawn. nope, he wants to keep the lawn mower because "we might need it."

so yesterday was the 10th anniversary of the terrorist attacks of 9/11. people often have posted what they remember of the day, how it went down. so guess its time for me as well....and perhaps some things about how I reacted after wards.

so last night at work, got one of my coordinators (think mid-level manager) to almost throw up for a fourth time. its a game between a co-worker and I, to see who can get him beat red or anything like that. this coordinator lacks mental firewalls, I tell him something and he pictures it. I've moved from obvious things towards more subtlety. the entire "say...

I can't stand that about this new generation. Among so many reasons to dislike it of course. But you're pretty right, it's not right unless it's the extreme of one thing or another.
I always felt it was wrong for me to revel in being in the middle ground. Sure it's boring but goddammit it's comfy

typically I try to remain out of politics...it pisses me off. I don't watch the speeches on TV or read the blogs or anything usually. because, well, to me, its a "How can I make things look good with big words that are pretty hollow since I rehearsed what I'm going to say over and over again."

so Labor Day, and I'm not working. Sunday did very little. I cooked dinner (did a breaded chicken, using Spicy Brown Mustard instead of egg to adhere the bread crumbs to the chicken breasts) and chilled. really didn't want to do much of anything, well, except play video games. feeling the same way today a bit as well.

I actually understand what you mean. You're right, I resent that I give out those meaningless comments. I don't know, I guess I just had a bug up my ass last night

Well, really, if I guess in the end I want to be acknowledged. I know I have a sad story every time I write on here, I'm not proud of it. But goddammit, when someone is sad they want to know someone is listening. I guess that's my real beef. I've written on here and the saddest blogs go ignored. But if I show a picture of a horse people are all over that.
