What does happiness mean to me?

Hello everyone!

You know, I often thought about what happiness is. Unfortunately, one cannot experience constant happiness, because everything changes and nothing can be static

After my thoughts, I came to the conclusion that for me happiness consists of several components

The first and perhaps most important is the health of my loved ones, my health, the health of my friends and acquaintances. A disease always brings a lot of unpleasantness, but when it is not there, it is beautiful, it is free and unencumbered.

The second point for me would be a little self-absorbed, but it deserves a place. And in second place is psychological health. I am a psychologist by training and I tend to delve into myself and look for reasons for this or that act or behavior, backing it up with psychological terms. You see, I realized that when you are sick psychologically (let's take depression as an example) everything will be in gray tones for you, you will not be able to feel happiness with all your desire. Therefore, the second paragraph is given to psychological well-being.

Well, the third point, which must also be observed in order to feel happiness. This is the success and completeness of all or some of the goals and aspirations. Physiologically arranged so that we experience pleasant feelings when we achieve something. Therefore, I consider this an integral part

And for me, if all three points are met, I will feel happy. As I said earlier, everything is not always good and the way we want. Sometimes this feeling of happiness weakens, but this is life and we are working to return to this state of happiness. What do you think about this, friends? Do you agree with me or do you have a different point of view? Share, I would be interested

Kisses! @MISSY @RAMBO @EIRENNE

I would have lumped psychological health in with health because it is just as much a part of it as your physical health, but am happy to see you take the time to mention it in separate as well. We all struggle mentally sometimes, but that does not make everyone mentally I'll. I however happen to be and hate it when people claim they "must have" or "must be" a mental illness. They are serious health issues that can take a life more quickly than physical illnesses and are not something to just lightly say you have because you lack impulse control or you change moods quickly sometimes. It is either taken too lightly and jokingly (as if we are all jokes or "faking it" because they can't tell someone has it by looking at them or have never truly seen it's effects in their life) or people think we are dangerous and will kill without warning. There is too little education about it and facilities to handle it. People aren't willing to believe they or loved ones have it in a serious capacity. We need to erase the stigma of having it so people don't fear it, can recognize it and can get adequate help for themselves or others when needed.
