One simple but typical fact about me: I love to walk. Sometimes the wild heat, heavy rain and knee-deep drifts do not stop me 😅 However, my favorite time for walking is the evening of the passing day and the moderate outside temperature. My favorite place for a walk is some kind of forest with a quiet, but at the same time lively atmosphere 🌿 I remember nostalgically how working in a place that leads through the same rare woods, I walked each time with my favorite music in headphones and enjoy.
There is a very interesting phenomenon. While walking, each of us looks around and unwittingly observes various natural phenomena. So, when our brain recognizes some ornaments of nature - be it snowflakes, leaves, bark of trees, we relax, our nervous system stabilizes and the strength of the transferred stresses decreases.
Therefore, walk more often, friends! Do not forget that it is very useful ☺️
