Back in 2008, a community worker hooked me up with a film making group. The organiser looked at my script and said the actors might want to change some of the lines.
I can’t remember why but it filled me with a pride, I said “that’s cool. I’d love to see the actors bring my creations to life in their own way.” I still would — I guess if the script is bad then that’s what matters most. It was a bad script.
But hey, I can always try again, right? 👍
