I forgot how hard it is to learn a new site, to learn how everything works and make connections with a whole new group of people.
I'm so grateful to already have so many beautiful and creative SGs in my life that have made the move to this site a lot smoother and provided an ear and advice when I've needed it - but damn, moving to a whole new site is overwhelming, huh?
I feel so much pressure to be something specific on this site. It's tied to such a big company, people are all paying to be here and so many amazing humans have spent so much time and energy making this site wonderful and filling it with beautiful photos and kind, thoughtful words.
I'm sure i'll look back one day soon and wonder how I ever felt like such a noob here but, right now, exploring and creating for this site in front of and behind the camera is both overwhelming and exciting. It's been such a long time since I've been a part of something where I didn't feel like I had solid footing.
