One cup peanut butter
Eleven ounces of butter
Melt those things in a double boiler ^^

One cup light brown sugar
One cup plus two tablespoons AP flour
One teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Six large eggs

Mix together the flour, leavening and salt.
Mix eggs with sugar.  Add the melted butter mix and the flour mix to the eggs.  Stir that stuff up well!

You have a couple options at this point.  You need dishes to bake in.  I bake six ounce portions in eight ounce oven safe dishes.   This makes ten to twelve of my dishes.   You can use any dish that can go from the freezer to the oven.

If you want to unmold the molten cakes you need to butter and flour the dishes.  If you want to eat them in the dish, then skip it.

Portion into prepared dishes and freeze for several hours, or for weeks.   That's the best part.  You can make the whole batch then bake one at a time if you want.

Bake at 425 until they are cake around the edges and molten in the middle.  For my dishes that takes about fifteen minutes.  But this varies based on the size of your dish....the temp of your oven.  So many things !

I had every intention of sending you this in a nice handwritten thank you note.   When I realized I was running behind on it, I didn't want to let it slip by again.   I love these peanut butter molten with chocolate ice cream
