Well another day home trying to feel better.
I probably could have worked today, but we're doing cabinents right now, so carrying those around all day wouldn't be the best way to get back to 100%.
I can do most everything again now with not too much ouch factor...although after sitting for awhile, standing up again is kind of rough.
It's the same spot in my lower back that always goes out....I've had the problem since I was in 8th grade and really hurt myself playing basketball. I figure that's what aggrivated it this past weekend....between laundry...carrying my nephew around..and shooting hoops...I just plan overworked myself and got hurt.
I should know better by now I guess....

The funny thing is, I wasn't angry or anything when I took that photo- I didn't see it until after I had uploaded it to my machine. You're right, though- it looks like I'm kinda pissed.
