I'm more than a little proud of myself for working out mon-fri this week. five fucking times.
I still haven't signed up/paid for that boxing class tomorrow. for all i know it might be too late.
but i worked out a lot. i just have to keep doing it.

today I went to the gym and thought
"I should take it easy."
but then I did ten miles on the bike.
Which wasn't hard, but also was more than I've ever done.
today was better than yesterday was.
i'm still in an unsociable mood, mostly. except for this site.
but that's the way it goes.
I don't know why Hillary bought Amber Bock. this shit isn't ... gross necessarily but whatever... it doesn't really do anything for me.
I've certainly never brought home a six pack of this stuff.

Yea I play jazz sax - I'm really really out of practice - but it's one of those things you never full forget you know?
I used to be in a jazz band when I was younger, I can play a bunch of stuff half assed but sax was my specialty. : ) Alto preferably.
While I was working in the gallery in Montreal all we used to listen to was all this old jazz...I LOVED it. Chet Baker...ugh amazing.
Getting back to the gym is pretty tough! i'm proud of you! hopefully when things calm down at work i'll have the time to go back as well.
Good decision to stay home and drink by your lonesome. I think it's good for your health.
