i can't believe work is starting AGAIN.

Yesterday I saw 30 Days of Night and then we snuck into Gone Baby Gone.
I liked both movies. Both were 'solid' movies. That means they were both good, not great.
I miss drinking water.
30 Days of Night really had some great imagery. And I loved the main vampire guy. the look on his face kills.
I loved the concept and how hopeless everything was.
I thought the book was awful, so I was glad they made the film the right way.
I spent a lot of the weekend listening to Pinback, The Black Angels, Otis Redding, Queens of the Stoneage, and R.L. Burnside. I swear, I listen to the best shit ever.
I read The Godfather all weekend. This book is dense as FUCK. I love it.
I have maybe 100 pages left or so.
I'm having Hillary bring me home a copy of No Country for Old Men today. I saw the preview yesterday and damn if it didn't rule. I want to read it first.
We're good, I guess. Hillary and I didn't spend too much time together this weekend short of napping. Nightmare in 3D, and dinner last night.
But I'm not all angry like I usually am. That's a good thing. Generally I'm pissy about no pussy.
Right now I'm okay with it, since we did it like on wed.
