ugh.
out of sheer laziness I didn't wash the dishes last night and I awoke to find a fucking SILVERFISH on one of them. gross.
groooooss.
I got paid last night/this morning. i worked extra hard last week so it was a CABOH CHECK.
I worked extra hard this week, too. so MORE CABOH CHECK next week.
My stupid road trip for next month is coming together, i guess. I bought my airline tickets to Boston and from Richmond. I guess I'll rent a car, next. I had no idea that shit was gonna be so goddamn expensive!
Either way, this should rule, for the most part. I've never planned something like this before and I've no idea what I'm doing. no clue.
Mostly I'm just looking forward to getting lost in new towns and staying in cheap hooker hotel rooms scared out of my wits. Maybe going to the Relapse store in philly

Last night the GF and I watched the final episode ever of Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip. I was sad to see the show go, and it didn't go out very well at all. If they'd just let the goddamn show flourish a little and be what it was supposed to be, the final few episodes wouldn't have been so goddamn contrived and smooshed together like that.
I'll still buy the DVD set some day, though, I'm sure.
Aaron Sorkin is fucking preachy as FUCK about his politics in his shows, and Studio 60 was a liberal-ass show to the last breath, but it was still witty and smart and quick and entertaining enough so that it didn't matter. damn shame.
It made me fall in love with the character of Harriet Hayes, and I'll have to follow around the actress that played her to all her future projects from here on out.

That reminds me, I have to add Sports Night to my netflix queue.
I'm about to go on fandango or whatever and buy my tickets for the simpsons this evening. I don't know about this stuff. the Simpsons was once the greatest thing on television and now... they're kind of unbearable.
so we'll see. hopefully it'll rule.
hopefully.
my mother called me and asked me to go to church with her this weekend. my stepfather's getting his brain tumor removed next week and I guess she figures he could use all the prayer he can get. so i'm going. I guess I can, too. prayer.
this morning my cat used an unread The Spirit #7 comic book and an unread Stephen King's The Colorado Kid as a toilet.
so that's.. my life.
bah
