Have you tried saline and a baby nose sucker (or blowing might work if the saline breaks it up well enough)?? My one daughter gets major sinus problems about every couple a weeks and after warm bath I suck her nose dry. Then I use a cold humidfier and rub some vicks on her belly. But that saline it drys everything up but breaks down the snot in your nose so you can get it out. (but we also have a nebulizer that I use when it gets super bad) She is about to go through another one I can tell from her breathing. Drink your fluids....hard to turn off mommy mode.
