Last night went of with less drama (and less drink) then I expected. I guess that's for the best as no one really needs to collect bad break ups. Bit of a shame though as I was looking forward to the drinks.
Tomorrow Christmas starts properly for me as we are travelling up to my uncle (the only one on my Dads side) for early Christmas dinner. We won't get to see them over Christmas as we will spend that with my Mums side of the family so we make a point of getting together a couple of weeks before hand. To me that's what Christamd is all about - seeing the people you maybe don't see as often as you'd like.
Obviously all the food and drink is nice to.
Trying to play football on Sunday might be interesting though, I don't think I'll feel like running much.

i can only imagine the stories that must be told once the lagers start droppin down the necks. so it is an uncle or cousin who is the black sheep of the family and what dubious behavior earned the moniker. ah yes, family.
