Saturday night was excellent, we completely surprised my Mum who had no idea what was going on until she got to the restaurant. We then proceeded to eat lots of good food and drink far to much alochol. All in a good cause though so it's allowed. biggrin

its two weeks since i have been to football practice , and i felt completly off the pace of the game tonight , i should have gone to the gym more i suppose in the last two weeks, its annoying how quickly your fitness can drop off like that

Aren't surprises great?

Thanks for the kind words! I'm truly excited for this interview tomorrow and seriously nervous as well as I've never done this before. But, I'm sure it will go well, I have a good vibe about it. Hopefully I'm right because I am freakishly poor right now, haha! I miss going to the bar, playing pool and getting tossed.

Well the interview wasn't really a decider on the application anyway, it was just a way for them to make sure I sure this was the right course. It will be shed loads of hard work and apparently loads of people can't handle it. Convincing someone that I really wanted to do this and really wanted to go to University was the easiest thing I...

Yeah, that's the worse thing about uni. EVERYTHING looks worth putting the time into it. Sneak into random lectures for a change.

My college interview is tomorrow morning. Strangely I am not in the least bit nervous, I am so sure that I am doing the right thing and that everything is going to work out the usual, worrier me has been completely vanquished.

Like Lord Foul he will probably return at a really unhelpful time.

thank you so much for your comments, what are you hoping to study at college?
keribelle:
College eh? That so great! And yes, that lack of nervousness does mean you are making the right decision! Cheers to you, I'm excited for ya!

I knew Jon and I'm really good friends with his band mate Steve. I have no idea how he must be feeling right now, I just can't think of the right words to say.

Sometimes the world just seems like a really fucked up place you know?

Anyway go check out his band, at least there will be something to remember him by.

it was a terrible tragedy

Such a tragic loss. Just being there for your friend will mean more to him than any words.

Somebody shoot me please. Or at least prevent me going anywhere near alcohol again.

The football club had it's end of season do last night. It was an absolutely storming night. I got home at 6am.

My head hurts.

I couldn't even eat very much pizza today.

Ug.

Haha the Charlton keeper was rubbish. I didn't wanna say it but yeah, the technique was awful. She didn't seem to like diving and when she would dive to her right hand side she'd reach up with her right hand arm across her face. Meh. Perhaps I should become a goalie coach tongue

Right now the world is just one big hangover. I was woken at four this morning and found that I was lying on a been bag. It was rather comfy. Apparently I had been there for three hours while the party went on around me. Three quarters of a bottle of JD will do that to me.

Today was definitely a good one to have...

Good luck with the interview, whenever it is. You sounded really positive about college at the weekend. smile

I know totally what you mean about Burger Kings in stations. Argh. Those were the bad times.

I'm pleased you've got an interview, good luck with it.

FM just made me punch the air. I need to get out more.

I now want to go to all of the SGUK meets, there are too many nice people to miss out on. I can't afford it though so now I need to make some decisions. I hate choice frown The more I go to though the less I'll feel like a bit of an...

Ok, well you need to download the program first if you don't have it. I use bit tornado but there are many others out there.

Go to this site and you can get every fight from around the world on your computer. This is how I see all the Sky fights, stuff from Germany, Hungary, Japan etc.

I'm relatively new to Champ Manager, I've only been playing since around 2003. SO addicting.
mat8drb:
Come to what you can. smile And don't worry about asking about things, and get stuck in.

Everywhere I go is really smoky at the moment. I'm not sure whether I am just noticing it now as it's 2 years since my folks quit or whether I have just spent the last few days in some really poorly ventilated places. Probably a bit of both.

Anyway just got back from seeing Help She Can't Swim. They were ace as always but the...

I too have many different circles of friends, the majority of whom wouldn't get on in the slightest if they were put in the same room together. which does get really annoying if I want to do something like celebrate a bitday or have a BBQ or suchlike.

Ah well, I guess the world would be a lot duller if all were like me.

It'd be good though. I'd be worshiped like a god.

I'd call it 'Pig World: A utopia for all those just like me'

It'd work I reckon, I just need to figure out how to make an implacable army of clones.

Oostende was amazing. I was knackered when we got there due to the early start but as one of the people on their first trip I was required to down various shots as an initiation ceremony. This relieved tiredness for a few hours and enabled me to get nicely oiled before sloping off to bed reasonably early. Some of the boys were out till 6...

This time tomorrow I will be drunk in Belgium as opposed to drunk in Britain. The difference is small but tangible.

Belgian beer is good.

Right now I should be in bed but I am listening to the new Electrelane single instead. It's a better option.

Well, if you know of anyone else on here that likes the fights, point them in the right direction!
