Tonight I got stopped by the University of Alberta campus police while carrying an empty bottle of vodka and a stolen clock. Oddly enough... they were far more concerned about the vodka than the clock.

For the record: the bottle was quite empty and has been for several years. I was stone sober at the time. It was part of my costume. The clock was stolen from a classroom as part of a scavenger hunt but we were on our way to put it back...

I went as the Communist Party. I wore a lampshade on my head which was spraypainted red with the hammer and sickle on it. Combined with the bottle and some bad Yakov Smirnoff jokes... I was a hit. My back is a bit sore from the fall of Communism which consisted of me being pushed over Fred Flintstone who was crouched behind me. Mr. Flintstone was a little taller than I expected and my fall was less than graceful. I'm told it was amusing. I will put up pictures when I'm less lazy.

Now I am sitting at home as I didn't feel like going out to the restaurant people went to. I'm tired and don't really want to be out spending money.

I kind of feel like having people over for dinner and drinks tomorrow but I have very little money.
