My shoes have been squeaky since the last wet weather we had. I don't like having squeaky shoes

that's one of my favorite pictures in the world, really.
i found it while i was googling around and i haven't been able to find it since! so bummed, because i want to know where it comes from and all that... alas, i can only stare and awe and wonder. which is really just fine with me.
i don't know why your shoes are squeaky. i thought about it a lot when i read this the first time. no answers. i'm good about having no answers.
i've wanted to visit the upper left coast for some time because i've heard what you say about that neighborhood.
it calls to me. and one of these days... you know, i'll go.
