So after 6 weeks and a lot of sweat (no blood or tears but a lot of aching though) I have finally lost my first stone (14Lbs)!

It's also amazing what listening to Arch Enemy, Metallica, Aiden (Which I'm sure @lilymai approves!) And loads of other heavy metal can do to make you go an extra mile or do another set!

And yes I know I'm being that dickhead who posts about the gym but I'm quite proud of myself for once and even though it may be a small achievement in the grand scheme of things, fuck it, I'm being smug about it *Cheesy Grin*
