I've been feeding a little squirrel for that past few months. Not only will she come running when she sees me, but she will sit and take a peanut from my hand.

The other day . . I guess she was feeling frisky . . . she climbed up my pants leg, stopped at my belt, and waited for her peanut!

hm. Call me old and cynical; but I've never been a fan; it was so clear that she was a manufactured image, massaged by the press and the establishment desperately trying to repair the status quo; good looks, good stock, no trace of an education - the whole thing looked like breeding a racehorse.

I got to the university of cincinnati for psych. i'm taking a special topics in psych class all out research in the human sex field and i'm taking a women's studies class about women and human sex.

I'm not sure what to do about your back.

But for food, chunky soups are good and you can microwave them fast while you're still hungry. You could also try to make things at random times and sometimes at least you should be hungry around when you've finished making them.

hurting your back absolutely sucks. it messes with you in so many ways...

my dad has just begun... and since i'm not used to being up before 2 in the afternoon lately, i'm kinda just sitting here, waiting for the sleeping pill i took last night to wear off. but i'm awake in the morning, and that is my first step towards victory.

Cool! Kinda like Christmas in the Summer! Should keep you busy for quite a while . . sorting through all that stuff! Have fun with it!

yes, those are amazing & wonderful things ... the ones i said and the ones in yr entry. my favorite is the dragon map ~ so cool. i think its so neat that you are recieving all of these old things! how exciting. you can either let them go or keep them. i have very few things from my past, but the few i have are treasures. my only "collection" is the glasses & rosaries of dead grandparents. i treasure them.

maybe that is something about me ~ i have 5 rosaries hanging on one pushpin above my bed. if there were a fire i would grab those, my papu's wallet, the glasses, and the few pictures of my nana & papu & be fine with the loss of the rest. if i lost those i would be disconsolate.

I also need a shower. My mom's all right but I don't see her too much lately.

Moving 1200 miles away from my family improved my relationship with them tremendously. Familiarity breeds contempt and all.

I'm off for a shower now myself, I'm a big fan of the pre-bedtime shower. Mornings are tough, real tough.

I hate it when that happens. I try to remember -just before pressing the "submit post" or "reply" button, highlight all the text in your post and ctrl-c copy it to clipboard. If the post gets eaten, you can paste in the whole thing again.

i'm deeply connected to hurricanes. hugo made a 90degree turn less than a mile from my house long ago. some others i know weren't so lucky.

oh my, my kitty had an injury last year near the base of her tail she had to wear one of those collars it was kinda funny and painful at the same time. I hope she is doing well. And growing up in PA i know the hurricane ur talking about ... crazy!!!! hopr all is well and your kitty is sleeping by your side... (ps - your kitty and mine look alot alike)
