My favourite dessert changes often since I have a "sweet tooth" (though I don't eat sugar, I use natural sweetener instead!).
Currently I'm enjoying making mason jar ice-cream. It's super easy to create, takes less than 10 minutes to prepare, and I can flavour it however I want! So far I've tried it with blueberries/vanilla and yesterday I made coffee/coconut flavour. So good!
You can look up an easy recipe on YouTube, but you basically just add thickened cream into half the jar, add your sweetener, flavour of choice and then shake it up for about 3-4 minutes until the cream doubles in size. Then freeze for 4-5 hrs. Hey presto! šā¤ļø

My favorite desert used to be beer, but I quit drinking. I'm not really sure what it is now. I have made quite a few things during the pandemic. Brownies, cookies, blueberry crisp, and ice cream shakes with fruit and chocolate. Tonight I made sourdough chocolate chip cookies. I think your ice cream in a jar idea sounds pretty rad, I will have to try that soon I think. Thanks for sharing!

Boy where to start. Well I love Toffee Sticky Pudding, Cheesecake, Carrot Cake, Ice Cream of course and many more. I got lots. I'm a pure sweet fiend lol.
