After using it once and then seeing particles and having the water smell bad, and then running multiple cleaning cycles, I decided to take it apart and try to clean it better than just putting the cleaning solution through it.

This old Ascaso Dream from 2006 sat in our garage for half a decade at least. I decided to get it out and clean it up and see if it still works.

I had to order some screws because I stripped the heads trying to get the gasket off for cleaning. Screws and cleaning solution in hand, I’ve been getting it setup today.

There's a good pint in the comments 'it depends on who initiated the breakup and who's asking to bone again. There can be really deeply hurt feelings over a break-up, and my personal stance is that the one who rejected the other does not get the liberty to beg for boning chances again' and i personally agree with that.
