I asked my buddy if he wanted to go see a particular concert.
I had the LAST three good tickets in my shopping cart yes, Ticketmaster/Live Nation is the literal WORST, they give you a timer. You must complete the transaction in a given amount of time or the tickets are released back into the pool.
So … anyway I had the LAST three good seats in my cart and my buddy says "I have to ask work if they need me that day." Wut? the show is the Saturday after thanksgiving ... later than 6 pm.
So … anyway dude is at work so I figure he's gonna ask his boss right then and there if there's any reason he cant go to a concert, at night, on a weekend. NOPE. He's gonna ask at like, the end of October because they don't schedule that far in advance.
Seems kind of like BS to me.
See this business is usually closed weekends and evenings but picks up and expands its hours around the holidays so I thought I should give him the benefit of the doubt.
I am paying for these tickets and the parking. I'd prefer he drive since I am shouldering the expense but I wanna see this show so it's whatever.
So … anyway the good seats are gone now and I'm not doing floor/standing room only for three bands. Not even with my cane.
If you didn't want to go, just say so.
