So this lovely sunny Saturday afternoon has been spent inside playing records... and battling with wasps who think my apartment is some kind of wasp halfway house.

An inspiring blog escapes me today so shall just post some of my face recent pics...







I can't end this blog without a heart felt mention of John Hughes. It's a so sad that he's gone... his movies always had an impact on me and they will forever... my friends and I are having a John Hughes weekend soon. Can't wait.

Brookmyre can be a bit formulaic, especially if you read the Parlabane books, especially if you've read Colin Bateman's Dan Starkey books. But they are still very good books, both Bateman and Brookmyre, and doubly especially Attack of The Unsinkable Rubber Ducks
