I MADE IT!!!!!
So i made it all the way to San Francisco all by myself all safe and sound!
and having an ace time so far! Here's a VERY breif update so what i've been up to so far...
Monday 14th April - Arrived after about 24 hours of travelling and managed to find my way from the airport to the hostel without the aid of taxis or (much help!) As soon as i got theer i met a scottish girl who was staying in my room. That night I was knackered but still went out for the free Bacon night at Pop's where lil tuffy works with oldrustedchair and her hubby then some other awesome people from SGSF showed up too in the forms of Tesla_ Subrosa and SpriersAndArrows! so made friends on the first night! I also found out about pig breads too from spidersandarrows while we were walking past mexican bakeries in the mission but have yet to sample one!Am also going shopping with them to the Height district 2moro, i cannot wait!
Tuesday 15th April - Sampled my furst pancake for breakfast! in eth hostel they are free all you can make/eat pancakes for brekkie, think i might just get sick of them after a while, but i'll enjoy them whilst there are still a novelty! Went to a Giants Baseball game in teh afternoon! I don't really like sports but I really enjoyed this! even tho they lost (boo!) the views around and even from teh stadium were awesome! went to an italian across teh road from eth hostel for dinner... hhhhmm proper homemade pasta!
Wednesday 16th April - Went on a 5 hour tour of eth city and beyond! saw just about EVERYTHING in san francisco! including, but not limited to, chinatown, the mission, the castro, the mrs doubtfire house! janis joplin and the grateful dead's old houses, the golden gate bridge, muir woods..... it goes on! was very good but tiring! just been out for a burger with a coupl eof people from eth hostel and am bout to go out to teh cinema with them too...
2moro am going to do some writing (am going to try and keep a travel journal) in Yeba Buena gardens and then meet my new SGSF friends for shopping in teh afternoon, should be coolios!
Anyways, hope the weathers shit back home and you're all missing me loads! hehe
Will try and sort out how to post some pix too, already have some good ones!!!
