I feel you for the annoying people who have no work ethics. It's such a pain when someone COULD do their job at the basic "get it done right" level but for some reason chooses not to... lame.

].Today I finally decided to switch out the P90X Kenpo workout for my own Hapkido training. The Kenpo workout is great cardio and all but the whole point of using the P90X is to get back into to great physical condition and to support my martial arts training. That being said, it is time to start training again, even if it is only on Saturdays...

i'm fortunate enough to have a solid handful of very good friends from over the years. i've found we all have times where life just gets us and we don't communicate much as we go our own ways, but we always reconnect with each other. and each of those times of reconnecting is always treasured
