i dyed my hair red.
no pictures, sorry, my vain ways are being suffocated beneath the many other priorities that are trying their hardest to overwhelm me right now. luckily i have a dream, however unprecise and scattered it may be, it is a dream nonetheless, and i will have it...whatever it is. so, i will suffer my way through work for these next few nights and by the end of this month things will be much better. i'm trying hard to not become a cynical piece of shit. a kid asked his mom if i was an alien a few days ago at a convenience store. i winked at him and put my finger to my mouth as if to quiet him after his mother assured him that i was in fact human. one time at the zoo another kid exclaimed "she's from africa! i can tell!". i 'bout fell on my ass. finally, when i was 17, it was halloween and i was dressed as a vampire to take my cousins out, and kids were afraid of me because i was apparently a REAL vampire. if i had been the same person then as i am now i would have hissed and chased them. stupid things like that keep me smiling day to day.
also, if i haven't said it once, i've said it 290329 times that i have the most amazing boyfriend.
i would rather have him snoring in my ear than hear the sweetest words from anyone else.
