i could feel it coming on overnight, and then today it became official: i'm sick 
damn coworkers!
one of the guys at work has been sick for weeks apparently, and today someone else went home sick...so i'm sure it's all the same cooties. my body hurts, my eyes feel dry, i'm all headachey and nauseated. i'm glad it's a short week! can't really call in sick, so here's hoping i can make it thru to thursday.

i rarely get sick.*knock on wood* but when i do it's a doozie.
i always prescribe double the dosage of echinacea for 1 week with a bombardment of zinc znd vit c. seems to help the healing.
