Three short updates, headed by the days they should've been posted on:
FRIDAY:
Saw "Knocked Up" with J and A. Was so freaked out by the implicit "We know it's hard, fucking get on with it anyway" message that I forgot to get the number of the (unknown) young lady sitting next to me. Which is okay, as after the movie, we went to a bar where I got the number of our very cute psychology major waitress.
SATURDAY:
Rainstorms are fucking amazing --went out and sat on the field by my apartment complex and watched the clouds roll over. Watched Shaun of the Dead with L, C and J. Watched the Pistons loose their shit and the series. Stayed up *WAY* late chatting with B and L. Pleasant conversations all around (understatement).
SUNDAY:
Homework, more thunder storms. Drinks with K. Passed out on my couch, woke up at 8pm. with a sore throat, zinc tablet seems to have cleared it up. Returning (post sampling) SotD, walking back: A big black cat, who lives in my apartment complex , it turns out, passed me by. "You meditatin'?" He asked.
I laughed and said, "Yeah, it's good weather for it."
