Weather here at the Top of the Gulf;....slightly overcast, with a light onshore breeze, UV index is high,(as usual). The Weather related mood does seem to vary amongst the local residents and visitors. On the beach this morning there seemed to be a reasonably numbered crowd of visitors, no doubt getting in their,"beach-time", in case we are affected by Gustav during the Memorial Day weekend.
My landlord apologized for being short of manpower to board up the windows on his store fronts, he also added, someone has stolen all of the plywood we used before to cover the windows.
He will park lots of heavy equipment that he owns in front of the building, everything else he's leaving up to our individual insurance coverages. :black eyed:
So things are somewhere between Gloomy and Good, up here , adjacent to the landfall target area.
I hope to stay bzzzed, but maintain my effective abilities, and Stand by.

i focused on taste for the first year. now i'm trying to up the presentation. thanks. the spanish on the ipod helps alot, but nothing can really substitute for speaking everyday with a live person. i would recommend the berlitz cd set. it's around $20-$30. i've heard rosetta stone is good, but haven't tried it. it's more expensive.

I like shoppers from Louisiana, our store is designed in ,French Quarter Mess. Actually it is, we really like the funky galleries and stores there, the only thing we don't have is a 150 yr. old building with bad plaster.
