Well, day 3 of my juice fast went well. I feel great so I think I might go another two days and break on Friday evening with a small salad or something.

Lots of changes happening in my life right now. These past few months have been among the most difficult I can remember. Trying to pull myself up by my bootstraps by taking good care of my health, but sometimes emotions still get the best of me...

Outside of that, I'm really trying to refocus on my music. It is slow in coming, though, after being so emotionally drained for so long. Hopefully a new demo by the end of the year...and maybe a contract with A Different Drum? We'll see...
