I saw My Big Fat Greek War over the weekend. (Seriously, it took all weekend. It's a long movie). It was really good, although I thought it would be neat to play up the themes of fate and inevitability even more, which would be a neat twist on a story thousands of years old.

I also think that The Rock should have been cast instead of Brad Pitt. "Hector! Show yourself! Are you afraid to fight the most electrifying man in the Greek armada?! (eyebrow arch) Can you smell what Achilles is cooking?! IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT ACHILLES IS COOKING!!"

I think I'm pretty now, mostly because I look more "mature" than I did in that picture. (I'm ten years older). It'll be interesting to see these wizened eyes and smirk on my "young" body once I drop the weight.

I honestly can't imagine bringin my car in to TO and driving it around for a few days. I can see either a specific trip somewhere - ie I'm getting off the highway, going to the guitar shop, turning around and getting back on the highway - or driving in, parking for a day or two, and TTCing everywhere I need to be. Anything else seems cruel and unusual.

Which is a pity. I should visit more.
