so I just talked to the nicest cutemer service rep ever at the electric company. he extended my deadline for some of the money till wednesday and then I have till the 30th to pay the rest of the balance.
basically this just means the power isn't geting cut off yet.
now lets go see about the cell phone problem....

ok awesome. the nice guy at sprint told me that everyonce and a while you need to turn the phone off for a little while or the system forgets about it.
whatever.. now it works. but don't call me for a couple of days cus my minutes are all used up

and Im so poor that I think I really will go down and play on the streets for pocket change.

I started a journal again today. a few weeks ago someone gave me a journal and today I decided to start writing in it. Before I moved to the city I used to always write in journals.
I write in Gregg shorthand so that very few people can read it. its a dying system of writing. and I'm losing it too. I used to be so much better at it.

I have never in my life wanted to go to work so bad. I need to be around people. I actually want to give people food. I want to recite specials and ask how you want your meat cooked.
I like the stress that can come with the job. I wanna be so busy that I can't think about other stuff.

dave, the boy referenced in #1 is also dave. apparantly HE doesn't think I'm neato. glad to hear you're not getting cut off from your vital utilities. it's hard to live without a phone cell phone in sfo, or so I'm told.
when people talk about writing in shorthand I always think about Anne Frank's diary and how her father had her learn shorthand to pass the time in hiding. very WWII. like nylons and chocolate. I just hope that having a paper journal won't curtail your entries here because I love peeking into your life online.
