THREE drinks saturday night and i barfed all night long. i seriously can't drink anymore. how lame is that?!? i feel so old. and the time before that, i would feel like you did. even a couple of drinks will leave me feeling ruined the next day.

Today at Goodwill I bought the most awesome childrens keyboard ever. If you see one GET IT. It's a VTECH Little Smart jazz'n jam.

I swear it is far more fun than you think (for a toy, anyways). It has like 30 or 40 synth sounds--some based on real instruments, some based on sound effects. For example, one is a sample of a pig oink....

Yeah... every time I start getting cocky life has a funny way of reminding me that I'm a huge DUMB ASS!

I think that blinky DJ thing was a big waste of money, it's a good midi controller I guess. I hardly ever use it.

This is my latest toy and I've been getting TONS of use out of it. biggrin

I've managed to go almost my entire enlistment without getting sick (I credit the mandatory flu shots and PT).

Now I'm sick for the second time this fall.

I think that working all night shifts and screwing with my sleep is weakening my immune system.

I want to spend that night with people who feel about this the same way I do. Instead I will be at work from 10 til 7 in the morning.

It's even more depressing than spending all of last year's holidays in Iraq.

i still can't believe that it's here, i'm so nervous and excited. i know a lot of people will say that it's hype, but i don't believe that it is. for the first time in my adult life, i'm not cynical about the person i'm going to vote for. i really do believe that he can help us to make this country great again.

here's to hoping everyone votes and voter suppression tactics fail.
