Easy... but the time and money to make it are the hard part. Unless someone can get me a job on the go. If I could "work from home" and work through a computer my life would be awesome. I could easily put in a 12 or 15 hour day now and then to get things done. When I work I work hard so things get done. My problem is that it's always on other people's time or loosely requires other people that sometimes lessen the quantity of work I can get done. Didn't mean to give that work rant! I need to get out! I'm itching to travel again! It's been too long already since I took a weekend getaway far away from home.

I am VERY BAD at cooking. I hate cooking, I fail at it, I prefer to have other people cook for me. And so is my best friend. But today we decided to make Vietnamese rice shrimp chips.
And we didn't burn the place down!
