Causa is peruvian entree, with mashed potatos, avocat and raw tuna(but here in vegetarian version with beetroot) And at the end veal ribs in apple paprica BBQ sauce, from restaurant that I used to work last year

And so is Primrose. After long winter, when there are not many interesting things happening in the forest, the fun is back! I'm gonna dry those and use for decoration of desserts, but is also possible to make infusion with. I also pick few leafs to go in the salad.

I was wandering if to engage a bit more in the community or remain just unmoved observer of all beautiful girls in here. So here we go... Im Jack and thats what I do in my life. I love cooking, people pay me for that and since we all have to eat, why not to put some magic in it?
