Tian is the provencal dish of layered sliced vegetables, baked in the oven. Then we are having tiramisu with matcha and pistachios, decorated with flower petal and spherification of juice. Causa is peruvian entree, with mashed potatos, avocat and raw tuna(but here in vegetarian version with beetroot) And at the end veal ribs in apple paprica BBQ sauce, from restaurant that I used to work last year

And so is Primrose. After long winter, when there are not many interesting things happening in the forest, the fun is back! I'm gonna dry those and use for decoration of desserts, but is also possible to make infusion with. I also pick few leafs to go in the salad.
