When it comes to school and text books and learning new stuff, I have found that I always worried too much. Relax....sure you will have some curves thrown at you (and what curves you have...sorry...i dogress) but when all is said and done, you won't need to know the square root or 154 or when England's last colonialization was or the names of all of Dylan Thomas' poems. Unless you wanna be a professional student or really wanna impress folks in pubs, life lessons are much more important.

Like I was saying, maybe some day we'll meet in London, or Krakow, or Reyjavik [sp?].

yep, HOB Orlando - I've been in the bar/restaurant a few times, but never the venue. saw some pics of the inside of it today, and it looks very groovy.

dunno if Dashboard Conf is really my thing, but its the only decent gig happening when I'm out there.

according to pitchfork a couiple days back, paz quit in order to join papa m. i would have to assume that dave is out as well, but who knows. gotta hand it it paz though, she really earned my respect with this one! not just anyone would ditch a high profile gig like that to join some little indie rock group. you should try a yoga exercise called the
"serpent pose" for your back. you lay face down on the ground and put your hands in front of your shoulders, as if you were doing a pushup (not that i would know anything about that...). then you raise your upper body off the floor starting with your head, gradually curling your neck and back. you can bring your feet up and try to touch the back of your head with your toes if you want, although i have never succeeded in this. after a few hours of sitting in the computer chair, stretching your back this way feels ungodly nice.

oh i almost forgot, make sure you're pushing your upper body up with your arms, and putting your weight on your hands, not pulling up with your back muscles. laziness would dictate this anyway but still worth pointing out.....
