I am no artist... but photography software in the wrong hands can lead to art. So, with any tribute or apology necessary to Kikka and Albertine, here are some quick things I did on my Canon scanner software:
I knew I wanted one in red; red, of course being the symbol of blah blah and all those things you already know it is the symbol of
this one, I started out to make red, but I pushed a few wrong or ineffectual buttons... and liked it enough. (It has the qualities of oil painting, one of the functions I used, but also kinda looks like stoner art from 1971, huh?)
this one is obviously done with old-timey sepia-photography settings, but also a bit of solarization and some other jungk
same pic... I can't decide if I like this one or not. I think I do, as I just uploaded it, although it is EXTREME on the effects.
I got the idea for altering these pics from a 4-pic collage (a quadtych?) I was workin on off n on all week, when I had a few minutes and was playing CDs n crap. To see that one, you'll have to cleverly figure out which folder it's in, or go to Tryst's page... also, while you're there, why not leave some luvv for the Rockbot, as she is out of town?

They're very cool. Photo prints would probably make for some good wall art.

I liked them all. Well done. Although, the greenish one is my favorite. Mostly because it's just a nice picture of her.
