Yeah a lot of the dvd seems to be geared at getting the hip joints all loosy goosy. For the most part I like it, there are a few things I have to modify though. Like she constantly wants you to raise your arms straight up to the sky, well I cant do that without hurting my stomach so I have to keep my arms bent. I find it so weird that raising my arms makes it feel like I'm gonna pull a stomach muscle. I really like the end (hah) cuz she walks you into a very soothing meditative state for about 5 minutes. I miss meditating. I'm really hoping this makes my arthritic joints looser or stronger or something so this added weight doesnt hurt me as much. Ok I'm gonna shuddup because I've just about made a journal as a comment. Christ!
