the way things are going with work and school (and theres no telling really how long it will last) i end up having three days in a row without having to go to work. theyre not real days off since i have classes, but its still enough to where in the middle of the week i completely forget that i have a job. and aside from my wallet being completely starved of tips by the third day, it feels great.

i could do with a little more variety though. maybe the boss will switch it on me.

night before last, i ended up stranded in the middle of the night for like 2 and a half hours because this guy i know got confused and took off without us. it was just far enough out of the way where we couldnt justify walking to her house, so we just found a pay phone only to find out that no one knows where the friend that took off went. so we have no choice but to wait on the street corner until he returns.

it was frustrating, but not entirely surprising. this was such a move that this guy would pull. the downside: being stranded and bored in the middle of fucking nowhere. the upside: getting to hang out alone with a really hot girl for two and a half hours.
