Hi everyone. I promise I'm still around. I just had a lot going on the last week and a half. My sister in law got married last Saturday, then I immediately flew out to Texas for a jobsite, to help my dad train a new crew....none of them knew anything about the line of work we were doing. I was there for 5 days, worked my ass off the whole time and came back Friday (on Corey's birthday) covered in bruises and exhausted. My dad is still there, dealing with nitpicky clients and being exhausted. I wish I could have helped more but I couldn't miss Corey's birthday, even if I wasn't the best participant. We then worked all weekend, ended by a trip to costco and dinner with his grandparents from Alaska. Our pantry is overflowing, but it was a huge help!
I promise I'll attempt a better blog after I've figured out the site more. I didn't even try to sign on while I was away, didn't have my laptop of the energy to do it.
