An ex five years ago destroyed a lot of my high school pictures. Ha still can't find my homecoming pics.
Well, I decided to give a short update. As of now, I only have three cracked bones and four bruises. These come from just normal activities at work.
I am not sure what day it is, but I feel great! No more excuses for not working out after or before shift. Shifts are 15 hours a day seven days a week for two weeks straight.
