The tired-of-sex feeling will pass - it's just a normal mind/body neurochemical response to the negative emotions you feel after sex with nothing following. It has nothing to do with age. I'm a couple decades older than you and I still experience it from time to time - not as often now as I am less likely to have sex for sex's sake if I detect the slightest chance it'll leave me with those feelings. I do have an intermittent fuck-buddy and have had successful 'meaningless' sex, but you learn to be better at judging.

I'm tired now - rehearsed night before last with the band, and then lastnight played a solo gig - did some old Hank Williams Sr. stuff and some old folks there approached me and it loookslike I'll be playing a Clubhouse in a private retirement community/subdivision for more money than I usually get for playing. Have to brush up on a lot of old standards, I guess, and learn to refrain from overtly lewd and lascivious comments and material.

I f my head would stop ringing from last night's gig - we decided to keep raising the volume to see how loud it could get and if anyone outside the bar would be annoyed - 130 decibels drew the cops, but we did have people stop who weredriving by down Highway 19 and heard the music over the traffic sounds and stopped in. Definitely fun. And by the time the Man came to tell us to turn it down it was 1:35 AM and the bar closes at 2:00 so no harm done.

'Course, it gives the rest of us time to get to know them and wait with anticipation, so it's not all bad.
I just ordered the Kidney Thieves CD/DVD set with the additonal songs Like the live Pleasant and Taxicab Messiah, Veteran, & Red & Violet.
I played both Mustard Seed and Dyskrasia solo at a party for recovering addicts and they seemed to love 'em.
Listening to my new live Jack Off Jill Cd now, though.
Then I have to try to find my Lou Reed bootleg videos to try to learn some more Reed.
