Something I've learned over the years: cats pee where they've peed before... if you don't entirely get rid of the smell, they will continue to pee there. And to clean the pee... don't use anything with ammonia in it (like bleach) since that's just intensifying the ammonia in the cat's pee. There are special sprays for this sort of thing with citrus smells in them that could help. FYI.
