Managed to eat shit in the parking lot, fell flat on my back and bounced my head so hard my glasses flew about 5 feet. Kinda hoped I might Saget it last night, but just hurting today. On the plus side I did see some great bands the past few days, some old, some new.

Bittersweet weekend

On the plus side, I got to see Asia perform some incredible music, including Video Killed the Radio Star. This was the first video ever played on MTV, by the Buggles whose members included Geoff Downes. I also saw YES whom Geoff also played for. On the down side, I had a conversation with one of the founding members of DEVO, who informed me last years show was probably their last live performance. :-(
