Ok I thought I'd do a quick update...
This weekend I'm heading out to Splendor In The Grass and staying at a beautiful rainforest retreat!
I got the latest copy of AP mag... it's my fav music mag ever! It has The Transplants on the cover and has lots of awesome interviews... yeah I know, I'm a music geek!
I've been experiencing a few hassles with work... nothing to bad to bother mentioning just a few personality clashes... one of my bosses is an 'A' grade loser.
I've really been craving pecan pie but can't find any anywhere.
I get the colour finished on my tattoo next week... Link at All Star is doing it... he is the best! So, big hugs to Link.
Still working on the zine... I promise it's coming... I also have come up with another great 'Bianca' idea... I will tell you all more soon...
I've started meditating (again) It's the only thing that seems to make sense to me most times... I was starting to think I was neglecting my spirituality because I've been so busy with everything else and I started to think about what things I consider 'spiritual' or what rings true and I basically came up with - truth, compassion and love.... to put it simply.
I've been reading on and off a great book, The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz... they pretty much are:
1. Be impeccable with your word.... meaning: speak with integrity, say what you mean, avoid using word to speak against yourself and others (gossip) and use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.
2. Don't take anything personally... meaning: nothing others do is because of you, what others say and do is a projection of their own reality and when you're immune to the opinions and actions of others you won't be a victim of needless suffereing.
3. Don't make assumptions... meaning: find courage to ask and express what you want, communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, saddness and drama.
4. Always do your best... meaning: your best will change from moment to moment, under any circumstances just do your best... this will avoid self-judgement, self-abuse and regret.
The above are a lot harder to do then they appear... not sure why I posted them I just wanted to share with you guys!

Oh Miss B - that was a wonderful quote for journal - I'm going to go think about it! Hope you had fun at Splendour! Oh I didn't mind AP but my favourite mag/zine (don't know quite what it was) was Skyscraper. Pages and pages and pages of album reviews, but I can never seem to find it around here. Also I'm a juxtapoz addict - and I think I just started getting into Adbusters.
