What a loooong weekend! I'm so incredibly glad it's over. I didn't really get to enjoy my time off as I was mega sick I won't go into details but I'll say I'm never going there again! Plus something totally huge in my life happened that I've been waiting for for almost a year.... once again no details, sorry!

My life is very topsy turvy right now I know I'm going through a huge transformation, let's see how I'll come out the other side!!

I've had to drag myself to work the last couple of days being so sick and all. I have no more sick days to use up and I need the cashola. I'm going for a job interview tomorrow for a casual library job at a library five minutes from my house. If I get it that'll make a total of three jobs and I can finally get my arse to the US. Things have been put on the back burner till maybe November which will be right in time for my birthday anyways... so maybe things have worked out for the better? I guess we'll see. There's also been talks in camp that I might get to see New Zealand by the end of the year. I want to go on that Milford walk thingy... I saw it on Getaway, it looks so lush.
I did get some of the zine done on the weekend though... if I applied myself it'd be out in no time... I have a lot of aspirations yet very little focus. I'm learning to break things down and take it on piece by piece rather than trying to do everything at once. I also went through the whole of easter without eating one piece of chocolate!! I did eat all types of easter cakes...

I got to have lunch with Erythrocytez again last week. This time we had pizza. I demolished a whole one myself! The pizza at UQ is the best they're all gourmet. I still haven't seen that Ramones doco yet. I did watch Hero and finally House Of Flying Daggers on the weekend. HOFD, disappointed me and I fell asleep. The dancing scenes are cool though. Hero is much better.
I got a letter today written on pirate paper from my beautiful friend Miss Erin. She's so one of the most prettiest girls in the world! I love getting mail especially from pretty girls!
A real live version of The Hobbit is going to be at QPAC in Brisbane soon. I'm so there!
I think I'm going to go make some vegetarian sushi for dinner.... yum! Over and out.... Miss B xoxo

I won't be at uq until next tuesday, but I don't think I'll get a chance to meet up with you because I've gotta present a 2 hour seminar, so I'll be pretty darn busy! Besides, I don't think I can afford lunch this week, had an expensive weekend.
What the hell are you doing watching Getaway? That show pisses me off more than any other. It irritates me that these people get paid to go on holidays and do fuck all work. And that Catrina Roundtree... Now, I'm usually passionately opposed to violence against women but, as majestically demonstrated in the Godfather part 2, there are always exceptions to that rule.
no DJ spots coming up at the moment but I'm waiting to hear back from a goth club in Manchester about a guest spot - so that might be a possibility.
hopefully my own monthly night will be starting again soon though!! (i've been waiting for a suitable venue!!)
