As can be seen by the pictures of our Cancun outing at
http://ttcbeppo.cjb.net/images/cancun/, I been packin on some serious poundage. I sure wish I could do something about it. It's not that I'm too lazy, far from it. I just don't even have a half hour to go out and jog. Except for Sundays, but just jogging one day a week and lying about for 6 days just isn't gonna accomplish a damn thing. There's not much exersize-wise that I can do in the first place because of time, location, and a host of other issues. And having a damaged hand like I do counts out almost all of the things I could do such as riding a bike (the big one) anyway. I wish I had a pool. That's always the most efficient way to shed pounds and tone a body. But when my doctor heard me say that I went swimming when I was in Cancun she `bout tossed me over her knee. Which I'd have thoroughly enjoyed, mind you. She's tasty lookin. Plus there's just something about a woman who has what it takes to be a surgeon that makes me all tingly inside. I noticed she had no ring on her finger, but I figure she's prolly an awful lot of woman for a dweeb like me. She'd probably chew me up n spit me out and then charge me $850,000 to stitch me back up together again. But it's still a nice thought.
