...and the hits just keep on coming. My beloved laptop woke me with a shriek like a dying animal this morning and was no more. They say when you hear a hard drive take a head crash, you immediately know what just happened, and it's true. I've never heard that before, but there's no doubt what it was.

Thanks to all for the condolences on the breakup, but it's actually going bizarrely well. Ye girl and I are hanging out now more than we did when we were an item, and even closer friends. Cool, I think.
